Warranty Terms
Products sold by Smart Math Lab are covered under a limited warranty against manufacturing defects only, valid for 10 days from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidental drops, mishandling, breakage, exposure to heat or moisture, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be supported with valid proof of purchase and images of the defect.
Transit Damage Policy
All products from Smart Math Lab are securely packed to reduce the risk of damage during transit. In the rare event of receiving a damaged product, customers must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the damaged item and outer packaging. Claims made without proper evidence or beyond the specified time period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
