He is instrumental in implementation of many valuable and effective projects in the field of education. He is a 1984 batch Probationary Officer, Department of Public Instructions. Worked as Head Master, Subject Inspector, Assistant Director, Senior Assistant Director, Block Education Officer, Deputy Director, DIET and CTE Principal, Joint Director(Mysore Division), Joint Director(School Education), Director(Primary Education) in Department of Public Instruction for 34 years. He also worked as a Litigation Conducting Officer and Appellant Authority at the State Level . He is also associated with State resource group in High School Head Masters School leadership development program, State Core Committee on Teacher Educational Support system (TESS – India), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) Curriculum Committee Karnataka state for 2 years.
